The location is fantastic for exploring major attractions like the Colosseum and Fori Imperiali, all just a short walk away. I appreciated the small fridge for refreshments and the self-service breakfast setup, which gives you that homey feel while visiting.
The room needed some attention. the sink didn’t operate properly, and the bathroom had grime buildup. Our shower door didn’t fully close, leading to some unsightly messes, and there were missing amenities like toiletries and only one toilet roll for the entire stay. The overall cleanliness could use serious improvement, and the noise from other guests at odd hours was a bit bothersome.

The room was cozy and attractively decorated.
I have to express my outrage over the poor state of cleanliness in our room. There were grimy corners in the bathroom and stains on the sheets that made my skin crawl. To top it off, the shower leaked onto the floor, creating a slippery hazard every time we tried to clean up. It was utterly unacceptable to deal with such problems while trying to enjoy our stay in Rome.

Perfect location for exploring!
We loved how close we were to the Colosseum! The room was cozy, and it came with a nice little coffee machine which was awesome. Pretty chill vibe and Bernardo was super helpful, always there if you needed him. Just wish the bathroom had better water pressure – it was kinda annoying during showers.

the location is amazin! super central with tons of bars and restaurants right downstairs. also, the guy who helped us was super chill and let us check in early, which was nice. our room was huge and comfy, with a cute view of the street below. the nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch!
the shower leaked onto the floor even when the door was closed. also, the bathroom could use a bit of an update.

Free Wi-Fi in the room, but the shower spray was frustratingly uneven.

great location but a few minor issues
The location was prime, very close to many tourist attractions, making exploration easy. Bernardo was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond on WhatsApp, especially during our unexpected lockout. Our Superior Double Room offered a cozy atmosphere with a nice view of the charming cobbled street below.
The room layout felt a bit cramped at times.

The prime location made it incredibly easy to reach major attractions, within a short walk. Our room was spacious and attractively decorated, with a lovely view of the cobbled street below. Although the Nespresso machine was a nice touch, the noise from other guests during the night was disruptive and detracted from our experience. the service tended to be absent at times, requiring us to rely on messaging for assistance.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend outing in Rome with good value. The modern and spacious feel inside was a pleasant surprise, especially after finding such a cozy spot last minute. Make sure to take your phone for communication, as the reception isn’t always staffed.
