Overall it was a such wonderful stay that added to our exceptional Rome holiday. Our double room was cheap with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The location was marvellous and incredible, staff were kind! The hotel met required needs, we would return here.

The room was quite large, very well designed in a clean minimal modern style. It was clean. It could not have been any closer to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The concierge meets you and then disappears and you never see him again. While he is there, the Concierge is very helpful. I spent only two nights and was most comfortable. It was very quiet.
The Relais is two flights up with no lift making it difficult for luggage carry. The stairwell walls were being repaired which has good and bad sides - this will go away leaving a nice fresh look, currently a detraction. Not a complaint but a fact - there was no hot water during my short stay.

The front door may be a bit scary, just like the entrance hall due to the ongoing restauration works, but the lobby and the rooms are very lovely.

Location is wonderful for the centre of Rome. Stylish interior. Extremely clean and well designed. Quiet rooms with private breakfast on a tray each morning (croissant, 'toast' & jam & a piece of fruit). Friendly and helpful staff (though see comment below re: availability). Highly recommended.
Staff are friendly and helpful but, owing to the small scale of the organisation, there is no reception desk for typical hotel enquiries. As a consequence, late check-in fees make it expensive to arrive after 20.00 (E.G. €20 for arrival at 23.00).

Location is, probably, the best you can get in Rome: right between Colosseo and Fori Imperiali, yet on a quiet street!!! And just across the top-ranked (by Trip Advisor) restaurant! I would also mention a very nice and helpful English-speaking staff.
Breakfasts are quite basic (no yogurt or cereals), but juice, croissant and a cup of tea/coffee is a standard breakfast set for Italy.

Loved feeling like a fancy lady in this posh apartment. The modern flair and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. Such a treat to have my own space while exploring the city. And the surrounding area? So many restaurants, shops, and pubs to choose from. Perfect!
Oh, did I mention there's no reception? How utterly charming!

Furniture & interior design is nice.
There was no reception. It's basically not a hotel but a few rooms that are rented and managed remotely.

Location of the hotel is great to visit tourist places. Air condition is working well. There is a good restaurant just opposite the hotel's entrance - good food for reasonable money, but would need to reserve a table in advance since it is too busy. For coffee lovers there is a Lavazza coffee machine in the room. Personnel were very helpful, although cleaning people almost do not speak English. We needed a help with documents for visa application and the sales support manager quickly sent us all required documents, which was great help.
In the room for 4 adults there were only 2 chairs, which was not good because the breakfast is taken to the room. Cleanliness of the floor is something that hotel manager maybe could look after: it is not cleaned or vacuumed at all during stay. I asked a cleaning lady to wash it because it was too filthy. It seems that the floor under the beds was not cleaned properly for long time and the dust, etc. comes out, which was very disappointing. Towels are changed every second day only.
